These terms cover your use of the Sapphire Studios website (sapphirestudios.org). This is an informational site — we don't sell products here directly, and we don't require you to create an account to use it. By visiting, you agree to the basics below.

About this website

Sapphire Studios is an independent Minecraft content studio and a verified partner in the official Minecraft Marketplace program. This website exists to share information about who we are, what we've built, and how to get in touch. All purchases happen through the Minecraft Marketplace, which is operated by Microsoft and Mojang — not through this site.

Intellectual property

All original content on this website — artwork, renders, screenshots, copy, branding, and product assets — is owned by Sapphire Studios and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any of it without our written permission.

What you can do: share links to this site, reference our studio in articles or videos, and use screenshots of our Minecraft content in gameplay videos, reviews, and social media posts for non-commercial purposes. If you do, please credit Sapphire Studios as the creator.

"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. We use that name within the scope of our verified Marketplace partnership. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft beyond that programme.

Minecraft Marketplace content

Our worlds, adventure maps, add-ons, skin packs, and resource packs are sold exclusively through the Minecraft Marketplace. Purchasing any of our content means you also agree to Microsoft's terms — specifically the Minecraft EULA and the Microsoft Services Agreement. Those agreements govern your right to use the content once purchased.

In plain terms: our content is licensed for personal, non-commercial gameplay use. You may not redistribute it, extract and reuse its assets, or use it as the basis for commercial work without a separate written agreement with us.

Purchases, refunds, and support

All transactions go through Microsoft and the Minecraft Marketplace. We do not process payments, and we cannot issue refunds — those requests need to go to Microsoft support directly. If you have a question about one of our products specifically — a bug, a compatibility issue, missing content — visit our Help page or contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Contact and careers forms

Messages sent through our contact form are read and responded to on a best-effort basis. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry, but we cannot guarantee a response to every message, particularly unsolicited commercial approaches.

Job applications submitted through our careers page are reviewed by the team. Submitting an application does not guarantee a response or imply that a role is currently available. We read everything, but we're a small studio and cannot always reply to every applicant.

Third-party links

This site links to external services including the Minecraft Marketplace, Discord, YouTube, and Twitter/X. Those links are there for your convenience. We don't control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, uptime, or data practices. A link from our site is not an endorsement.

No warranties or uptime guarantees

This website is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, this site.

Product descriptions and screenshots represent the content at the time of publication. Feature availability can vary depending on your platform and your version of Minecraft.
